By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

PROCESS・I will provide a sketch/WIP for approval before proceeding to the final stage.・Minor revisions are free during the sketch stage.・Major changes after approval may incur an additional fee.・Work will begin only after the first part of the payment has been received.═══════════════════════════════════
TURNAROUND TIME・Completion time may vary depending on commission complexity and my current workload.・If there is any significant delay, I will inform you as soon as possible.・I will keep you updated throughout the process and share progress updates to make sure the commission is heading in the direction you want.═══════════════════════════════════
PAYMENT・A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin working on the commission.・Once the commission is finished, I will send a preview of the completed artwork.・The final file (full resolution, without watermark) will be delivered after the remaining 50% payment is received.・Payments are accepted through the methods listed on my commission page.・Prices may vary depending on complexity, additional characters, backgrounds, props, or commercial usage.═══════════════════════════════════
REFUND POLICY・Full refunds are available only if I have not started working on the commission.・Partial refunds may be discussed depending on the stage of completion.・No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed.═══════════════════════════════════
USAGE RIGHTS・Personal commissions are for personal use only.・Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and may require an additional fee.・You may post the finished artwork with proper credit.・You may not claim the artwork as your own.═══════════════════════════════════
ARTIST RIGHTS・I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed.・I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, commission examples, and promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested beforehand.・I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.═══════════════════════════════════
